We have a selection of charming cottages and houses ranging from a traditional single-room `kalivi` to a two-bedroom large apartment or a secluded villa. Just click on the picture for full property details.
You can do everything online here! (But please see notice below about email addresses.)
You can check prices for the dates you want, and reserve them for up to 48 hours while you sort out your flights. When you are ready you can pay your deposit and make your booking, all online. You can book for as many or as few days as you want, although we have a minimum payment period of 5 days. If you are flying from the UK direct to Skiathos, most flights go and return on a Wednesday or Friday.

A new house in traditional style with breathtaking location A large west-facing balcony gives stunning views over the coast of Skopelos and the Pillion, and a south-facing sun terrace to the side of the cottage looks over Skiathos, Evia and the small islands.
The clifftop is a favourite haunt of the Eleanor’s Falcons, buzzards and kestrels which ride the air currents around the cottage.

A recently restored old stone kalivi The private terrace on the south side of the cottage has a lovely view to the islands of Evia and Skiathos and the small islands. In addition there is a morning terrace with table and chairs at the front of the cottage. This provides cool peaceful shade when the heat of the day is too much for the sun terrace.

A beautiful, peaceful two bedroomed house with panoramic views There are brilliant views from the two balconies which are large enough for 4 or 6 to eat comfortably. Looking west you can see Skiathos island and beyond to the Pillion and the all-important sunset.
From the south-facing balcony there are views to the islands of Evvia and Skiathos and the small islands. The balconies provide shade from the sun up to about four p.m. The house has its own ground level, palm shaded sun terrace for tanning or eating outdoors.
The location at the far west of the village also means this is a good viewing place for the Eleanora’s Falcons which ride the air currents around the house (and give the house its name).
