The house is high up in the village of Glossa with panoramic views of the wooded hills, the small islands, Loutraki harbour, Evvia and Skiathos.

The house is a stiff walk up the steps of Glossa - getting fit comes with this house - but you can also drive a car to the door and park 100 metres away.

Downstairs: twin bedroom, dressing room, bathroom with wc and shower, living room and storage room/workshop, formerly a kitchen.

Upstairs: double bedroom, dressing room, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with wc and shower.
Each floor has a separate entrance and there is no internal staircase.

Walking distances: Tavernas and bakers 10 minutes, bus and supermarket 15 minutes. You can walk down to Loutraki harbour and beach in about 40 minutes.
