The house is high up in the village, behind the top church and kafenion.
There is a view of the sea with Skiathos beyond over the rooftops of the village.
The house has a balcony, a good sized veranda and a small enclosed yard.

Inside there is one large room up and one down, approx 80 sq metres on two floors.

It is s steep walk with plenty of steps, but well worth the effort.

You can get a car to within 25 metres.

Bakers and supermarket are 5 minutes walk, tavernas 10 minutes, bus stop 15 minutes. You can walk down to Loutraki harbour and beach in about 40 minutes.
Mains water and electricity are connected.
