The house is approx 75 sq metres on two floors on a plot of approx 95 sq metres.

The lane to Palio Klima village leads from the main Glossa to Skopelos road, from where there are regular buses.

You can drive to the door to unload and park approx 300 metres away.

The bus stop is about six minutes walk from the house.

Mains water and electricity are connected.
