The house is in a quiet part of the village of Glossa on Skopelos Island in the Aegean.
There are lovely views of the harbour of Loutraki and across the sparkling blue sea to Skiathos, Evvia and the small islands as well as the rolling hills and coastline of Skopelos.
Outside is a marble and pebble paved patio with room for a table and four chairs with steps down to the street.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with large glass doors opening on to the patio, a second double bedroom, bathroom and galley kitchen.
The first floor has a large living dining area with a working fireplace and kitchen, leading on to a roofed solar / balcony for all year sunshine.
Up again is the third bedroom with a traditional sleeping platform for a double bed and another bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms are finished in marble and the rest of the house has wooden floors.
The house is approx 130 sq metres on two and a half floors plus approx 15 sq metres of upper balcony and approx 20 sq metres patio.
You approach the house by the small village street which runs from the main Glossa to Skopelos road.
You can drive to the door for unloading and park about five minutes walk away.
Everything is within easy walking distance. Mini-markets, bakers, bank, post office, supermarkets and butchers are all less than ten minutes walk away, as is the bus stop to take you to all the main beaches on the island. Tavernas are from five to ten minutes stroll.
